About Freedom Elite Care

Our Mission

At Freedom Elite Home Care LLC, our mission is to provide compassionate and expert care to medically fragile children. We believe that every child deserves to thrive in a nurturing environment while receiving the support they need. The Georgia Pediatric Program

(GAPP) is a Medicaid-funded program that provides free in-home nursing and personal care services to medically fragile children under 21.

Personal Care: Bathing, Dressing, Meals,Monitoring, Vital Signs, Assitance w/ Ambulation , Transfers, & Much More Skilled Nursing: Seizure Care, G-Tube Care, Tube Feedings, Quadriplegic/Paralegic, Tracheostomies, IV Therapies, Neurological Disorders and other Complex Needs
